My Dream Productions, Inc. is accepting applications for its 5th Annual Mr. Black Teen of Savannah Scholarship Competition, which will be held in April. The winner will receive $1,000, a shopping spree, an honorary banquet and a trophy. Young men ages 13-19 who are attending middle or high school are eligible to enter.
